every once in awhile he would put his hat down real low and peek out from under it.
Friday night we all went to the fall carnival at nicholas' school. i loved that nic and jo agreed to be star wars people. jojo really wanted yoda but being the bad mother that i am i was unable to find yoda at any store in our city. he settled for a jedi and i think that suited him better. geez, i cant get over how cute my kids are.

if they would have had a costume contest i defiantly know sunnie wouldve won. every step i took someone was commenting on how cute she was. eggplant, grape, fairy whatever she may have been she did it cute. never mind my lala land face, i thought jason was taking just sunnie's picture.
you may ask where is aj or brenda? well, aj is now a teenager and he worked the carnival instead of participating and brenda was at respite. i do believe she was much happier there than at the school with all those people.
they will all be with us next friday (halloween) i'm guessing all of them but aj. remember he is now a teenager and doesnt have time to be bothered by his family. nic and jo will be the same as the picture above, brenda will be princess leah, sunnie will be lady from lady and the tramp. as crazy as these kids drive me i cant believe how much fun i'm having with them. it amazes me the people they are growing up to be.
oh yes, one more thing. just because sunnie is a girl doesnt mean i love her more than the others. i really hate hearing, "oh i bet your so happy now you have your girl!"
HELLO PEOPLE!!!!!! I HAVE A GIRL, HER NAME IS BRENDA!!!!!! REMEMBER!!!!!!
i get that from people that dont know (forgive them) to family members. is it because brenda is "special" that they dont remember her being a female? or is it because she is much older. heck, i am much older than her and people remember me being a girl (i hope) you know the worst part of it? after i say, " i have a girl" people answer with, "oh you know what i mean". uh no i really dont.
what does make me kinda sad, sunnie is growing so fast. she loves being in that carrier and i love it just the same. i'm afraid to admit it but i might have to unbuckle her to let her out for kindergarten. its not because she is a girl but she is my last baby. i know one day, god willing, i will have grand children but for now she is MY last one.

Don't let it bother you what others say. People really need to think before they speak. The kids are so cute in their costumes!!! You better enjoy every second with with the kids because before you know it they will be grown. It seems like we blink and they are already big. I wish Marrissa was little again. Seeing all these cute pictures of Sunnie reminds me of when Marrissa was little many years ago.
