heres one of the end of the year gifts for teachers. Aj tells me as he see me making this gift, "mom you can not take those kinda gifts to school!!!" well, maybe i shouldnt be but its not like i had liqueur in it. in the basket i put a mini shaker, two mini martini glasses filled with chocolate and you cant forget the cutest cocktail ring ever.. I felt it appropriate since these group of teachers keep inviting me to happy hour and i have yet to make one.
last day of school award assembly where my son, nicholas received not one but TWO awards... woohoo!!!!! One was your usual every assembly kinda award BUT the other was a very rare, very limited award... only one child per class was chosen and my son was the one.... 
He was very embarrassed to be the first one called and the first one having to walk up for his tshirt. I walked up to the teacher and told her, "next time you do something like that could you please give me a warning." the only reason being, i started crying but i guess even if she wouldve given me notice i still wouldve cried. oh yeah, the award is given for being respectful, caring, safe, responsible, good grades so i guess overall greatness lol.... i'm so very proud of my boy.

That is wonderful. It really shows when you have good parents in the way our kids act outside the home. good parenting goes a long way!
